Do you use ultrasound guidance for injections?
Yes. Our physicians use real-time ultrasound guidance for most joint, tendon, ligament and nerve injections when it is clinically appropriate. It lets us see anatomy and guide treatment to the intended target.
How do I request an appointment?
Call or text 480-331-5044, or use the appointment form on this site. We screen prospective patients so we can match you with the right clinician and visit.
Do you bill insurance?
We do not bill insurance for our clinical services. Commercial insurance often covers eligible outside labs, imaging and prescriptions according to the individual plan. Payment plans may be available, including through Advance Care.
